Symptom

The indexing for Office (MsWord, Ms Excel, MS Power Point ) or PDF documents failed with the Filter errors 14*** or 15*** in an Enterprise Portal Scenario. These documents can be found in the queue in the status preprocessing failed or the TREXPreprocessor trace contains the mentioned errors (f.e. 14011,14018 , 14021, 14036, 14047 e.t.c.)
