1944309 - BI LaunchPad monitoring probe fails with error "Logon failed: The Regular Expression pattern "bttoken=([^=&";]*)" in the response body is not found."


  • The BI LaunchPad probe fails when it is run using an authentication type that is different than what is set as the default (default.authentication) in the file (tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config\default or custom) .
  • BI LaunchPad probe fails with the following error,
    "Probe Name: Result: Failed Duration: 109 msec
    Diagnostic Messages: Attempting to connect to http://<SERVER-NAME>:8080/BOE/BI
    Connected successfully to http://<SERVER-NAME>:8080/BOE/BI
    Attempting to connect to http://<SERVER-NAME>:8080/BOE/portal/1310271215/InfoView/logon.faces
    Attempting to connect to http://<SERVER-NAME>::8080/BOE/portal/1310271215/InfoView/logon.faces
    Logon failed: The Regular Expression pattern "bttoken=([^=&";]*)" in the response body is not found"
