Symptom

A second application instance is started on a Windows IIS server and receives one of these errors, while the first application instance is running:

Could not load C:\Windows\TEMP\Sybase.AdoNet4.AseClient.64bits.4.157.1100.0\sbgse2.dll
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: Sybase.Data.AseClient.AseException: Could not load C:\Windows\TEMP\Sybase.AdoNet4.AseClient.64bits.4.157.1100.0\sbgse2.dll
