1921434 - Can't post invoice when Service-Based IV is set

Symptom

  1. The Invoice posted in ECC from an idoc sent by SUS has the following error:
    "Price too high (tolerance limit exceeded)"
    or other unexpected error messages are issued.
  2. In case of the ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) scenario is used, the invoice sent to SUS can have unexpected issues, like unexpected item description or no price value.

In both cases the service items in the ECC PO are flagged with Service-Based IV flag.
