You have updated your system or you have recently implemented an SAP Note. When IC agents press END button or any other button in the CRM IC toolbar, nothing happens.
When switching off your customer enhancement - add parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT with value "A" in SU3 - the buttons work well and all business objects that have been changed during the customer interaction are successfully saved.
