1915754 - Password reset email message is not being sent

Symptom

  • The user tries to reset its own password in the initial logon screen and never receives the email notification;
     
  • In the defaultTrace_X.trc files you see the below exception:

  • You can not apply the patch mentioned in SAP Note 1906377 for any business reason;
