You are running SAP NetWeaver Java system and you want to use one specific time zone
You find java logs(such as defaultTrace.*.trc/dev_server0) are written with date/time different from OS level
You find date/time shown in J2EE Engine is different from OS level, such as below page

For 7.0x release:
