An add-on installation terminates in the Main Import or ABAP Dictionary Distribution phases due to an inconsistency in the nametab.
The following messages can be found in the phase logs:
- No active nametab exists for <table name>
Termination due to inconsistencies
This issue can be observed during Add-on installations for ABAP systems via SUM or SAINT. The following holds:
- Any ABAP Add-on
- SAP System release independent
- SUM/SAINT release independent
