1891012 - CMS stops injecting Audit temp files to the Audit Database in MS SQL Server Express edition in BI 4.x

Symptom

        Audit temp files are not getting written to the audit database, CMC (central Management console) > Auditing it shows following messages:

        "Warning : No connection to Auditing Data Store from CMS hostname.CentralManagementServer.
        Warning : Auditing data may remain in server buffers
        Warning : Client auditing is unavailable."
