1889811 - Incorrect delivery date in inbound delivery related to a two-step stock transfer order

Symptom

An inbound delivery is created via SPED output in the outbound delivery of a standard SAP cross company stock transport order. The delivery date in the inbound delivery does not reflect accurately if the goods issue is posted earlier or later than the outbound delivery planned goods issue date.
