Symptom

  • Gateway Services cannot be activated in Solman_Setup 
  • Error Log:
    "Gateway is already active on the system <SID>
    Service TECHMON cannot be activated because URL and Nodeguid are space
    Service EEMON cannot be activated because URL and Nodeguid are space"
  • Long text in the error message:
    "Diagnosis
    The ICF-Service cannot be activated because an internal error occurs
    • System Response
      The ICF-Service will not be activated.
    • Procedure
      This is an internal error and can only be resolved with a note.
    • Procedure for System Administration
      Check the OSS System if an note exists for the problem."
