When creating an incident from Solution Manager WORKCENTER it is found that "Additional Information" tab is missing. This tab was available in Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1. It is also found that editing an incident and selecting "Context tab", shows the same fields which "Additional Information" tab usually shows.
