After performing a fresh install or patch update on Windows Server, 'Server Intelligence Agent' and 'Tomcat' is not getting started, it goes to stopped state as soon as we start it.
In Windows Event viewer System logs we can see following error messages.
The Server Intelligence service terminated with service-specific error. The operation completed successfully.
Apache Tomcat service terminated with service-specific error. The operation completed successfully.
