1873289 - BPC MS and CTS+: System.Exception: ID or Password or CTS Server address is incorrect

Symptom

The following error appears in the TblLogs table of the AppServer database when trying to run an enhanced change and transport system (CTS+) export:

Run Verbose Command to enable it.  }

ACCESS.ERROR: Authorization check for caller assignment to J2EE security role [service.naming : jndi_all_operations] referencing J2EE security role [SAP-J2EE-Engine : administrators].
