1870204 - Server Error in '/Afaria' Application when selecting any Android device from the Afaria Administrator UI

Symptom

After upgrading Afaria environment to Service Pack 3, Afaria Administrator crash with the below error when selecting any Android device from the Afaria Admin device page.

Error accessing Afaria Administrator

An error has occurred.

Server error in ‘/Afaria’ Application.

Exception message: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.  For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

The Afaria server log displays:

API0000: Fatal Exception: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {48EB0F13-3F37-4533-B09D-BF77CE30BC85} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
