1866919 - Solution Manager Work Center: Columns disappear in Overview page

Symptom

  • You are using Solution Manager Incident Management work center. You have defined your own transaction types for incidents and use your own business partner functions.
  • You logon to the work center in a language other than English and create incidents using the user-defined transaction type. You find that some columns (for example, column "For processing by me") disappear in the Incident Management Overview page.
  • The below note cannot be used for Solution Manager 7.1 SP04 and lower versions:
