You are using Solution Manager Incident Management work center. You have defined your own transaction types for incidents and use your own business partner functions.
You logon to the work center in a language other than English and create incidents using the user-defined transaction type. You find that some columns (for example, column "For processing by me") disappear in the Incident Management Overview page.
