  • In EPM Add-in, the following error occurs when refreshing or sending data in reports/input schedules (templates):
    • Error: "500 Connection timed out Error: -5 Version: 7200 Component: ICM Date/Time: Mon Mar 4 13:45:49 2013 Module: icxxthr_mt.c Line: 4295 Server: EPM-BW-DEV_BWD_00 Error Tag: {-} Detail: Connection to partner timed out after 60s"
    • The execution of report Default failed. Please contact you administrator
      Details: Internal Server Error: 500 Connection timed out
    • Internal Server Error
      Details: 500 Connection timed out
  • The following error appears in the syslog (SM21)
    • Basis System: Delete session <transaction_number> after error Execution was canceled (Softcancel) [Warning/Session]
    • ThSoftCancel: delete <transaction_number> because of soft cancel with reason DP_SOFTCANCEL_ICM_PROCESSING_TIMEOUT
