You need that an Incoming E-mail handled by ERMS Workflow (WS00200001) would NOT be delivered to CRM Agent Inbox, but you need to be able to do further actions, like setting a parameter, create a task, etc. (E.g. when ERMS is handling an unsubscribe E-mail from SAP CRM Marketing, as explained in SAP Note 1455745).
