1825508 - Unable to navigate back to the page from where PDF file was opened within a launch transaction

Symptom

  • When a PDF file is opened from a URL based launch transaction, the document opens in the same window and does not allow the user to navigate back to the previous screen.
  • In order to go back to the webpage the user would have to re-launch the launch transaction from the CRM WebClient UI.
