  • Manager details are not getting fetched from LDAP user detail data source.
  • Attempting to perform a user fullsync from the LDAP connector, the following two messages return from the LDAP server:

LDAPRC 004 "Maximum number of find results exceeded"

LDAPRC 011 "Maximum number of entries to be searched was exceeded"

  • In the SLG1 logs, the following message is found:

"User Adapter is empty"
