- During the upgrade process, the Software Updae Manger (SUM) exits abnormally with possible reasons like network failure, session lost, manual cancellation of upgrade process. No error is seen in the log files.
- Upon subsequent attempts, SL controller starts successfully but SUM GUI is seen as blank without any content.
