Symptom

  • After upgrade the portal /irj application is not accessible
  • You have tested and the J2EE engine is running as normal, also the /nwa and /index.html are accessible
  • The following exception is found in the default trace file:

Cannot process an HTTP request to servlet [gateway] in [irj] web application.
