After performing an upgrade in a Solution Manager system, you notice that all customer attributes you've created and used in the past are not visible anymore in the objects attributes. In fact the whole tab "Other Attributes" will be missing in the objects attributes.
As example, you may see the image below showing the attributes for a document in SOLAR01 transaction which had Customer Attributes assigned previously but after an upgrade to Solution Manager 7.1, lost its attributes.
This issue happens only in Solution Manager systems in which customer attributes were being used and then an upgrade was performed.
