When logging in with one user, the Spend Performance Management portal shows the "retrieving metadata" message, and it is not possible to execute any report.
Subsequent log-ins within the same session for the same user allow the metadata to be loaded correctly and the message does not appear.
If a second report is executed a new one, the message appears again, and no result is returned
