1700251 - How to configure Web Service Providers and Consumers without authentication in an ABAP system


A Web Service Provider (for example, from a Function Module) or Consumer (for example, Consumer Proxy from a WSDL) has been created in an SAP ABAP system.
When creating a runtime configuration (binding or logical port) in transaction SOAMANAGER, it is not possible to select 'No authentication'. The option is missing, or grayed out - depending on the SAP_BASIS release of the system.
