1698263 - Multiple logon sessions allowed for FirefighterIDs

The first Firefighter logs on and start using one of the assigned FirefighterIDs to logon to the target system. Once that FirefighterID logs on successfully the indicator of the connection will turn from green to red indicating that the connection is occupied by that FirefighterID, and it should be no longer available for use. When the second Firefighter logs on if that user also has access to that same FirefighterID the second Firefighter should also see that red indicator, but the indicator remains green, and the RFC connection is still available for use.
