1698134 - BPC 7.5 Error: "Cannot connect to Planning and Consolidation web server Please check your Planning and Consolidation web server and your IE proxy."

Symptom

After installing BPC when trying to open Server Manager, the following errors pops up:

"Cannot connect to Planning and Consolidation web server Please check your Planning and Consolidation web server and your IE proxy."

Server Diagnosis results the following errors:

1. SAP ABAP SERVER CONNECTION --> Database Connection --> Status: ERROR

2. Microsoft Message Queue --> Queue Name: private$\BPCStatusMessageQueue --> Status: ERROR

Also when accessing the http://servername/osoftwebpage, you get the "Service Unavailable" error
