- When running a Webi report, a "Ping" pop-up message appears with the following :
text: "Infoview cannot connect to server. Close the report panel and try connect again or see you Business Objects administrator"
text: "BI LaunchPad cannot connect to server. Close the report panel and try connect again or see you Business Objects administrator"
- The message appears only when the report is run via the OpenDocument URL
- There is no Load Balancer or Proxy Server being used
