Symptom

  • When monitoring the Inbound and Outbound Queues of the SCM and integrated ECC systems, the SCM Queue Manager (transaction /SAPAPO/CQ, Report /SAPAPO/RCIFQUEUECTRL) is not able to display the queue entries.
  • A connection symbol appears before the Logical System name.
