The Enterprise Portal has been updated to 7.02 SP10 or higher.
- It is being accessed with the Apple Safari browser.
- When the portal is called there is a message announcing "Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system, or device. Contact your system administrator for more information."
- Occurs when a custom logon component is being used.
