1631704 - Language parameter issue when accessing KM Content or URL iviews or AI iviews

Symptom

  • After upgrading to SP21 or any higher version, the "request.language" parameter that before resolved in lowercase (before SP20) now resolves in uppercase. 
  • This causes that certain content is not found in KM.When you try to access certain KM  content it will give you 404 error( the requested resource is not available).
  • This issue can also occurs for URL iViews as well as appintegrator iViews.
