Printing a Crystal Report with the Active X Print Control is very slow and causes Internet Explorer to close with the following errors:
- "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

- Windows 2003 Server
- Internet Explorer 6 and higher
