Symptom

  • When browsing to the Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) launch page, http://<server name>/OSOFT, the following error is shown:

The user ID, password cannot be authenticated. Make sure you entered valid credentials.

  • In the BPC Server Manager's Server Diagnostic some of the following errors may be shown:
