3120945 - Failed intelligent services cant be retriggered and stop after one fail

Symptom

Certain failed intelligent services events can't be retriggered and stop after one fail

**Note - this was only happening to a specific type of failed event after the 2h 2011 preview release

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

Prior to the preview 2h 2011 release any event which failed would automatically retry 9 times and if still failing would have an option for a manual retry

After the preview 2h 2011 release certain failed events would just fail on the first attempt and never retry or give the option to manual retry

Cause

With the 2h 2011 release a change occurred when an event fails by a "caused by the SOAPFaultException" it just fails and does not retry

It would never automatically retry and because the retry counter would never hit 9 - the manual retry option would not be displayed

Resolution

This will be fixed in a patch release expected the weekend of December 3rd 2021

It will change the behaviour back so even events failing with "caused by the SOAPFaultException"  it will continue to retry automatically up to 9 times

Once the retry counter hits 9 - the option will be available to manually retry
