A user does not appear in the search results when trying to add as a Calibration Session Owner.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Reproducing the Issue
- Manage Calibration Sessions > Basic Info
- In "Session Owner", search for the user and get “There were no results”
- The user cannot be added as a “Session Owner”.
The Status of the user is Inactive or terminated on the System.
"Calibration Session Owner Search" will not allow to search for terminated or inactive session owners on the system.
The system checks for the user’s status and if it is terminated or inactive anywhere on the system it will not allow the user to be added as a session owner.
Make a correction to the affected user’s data and activate the employment status system wide.
Note: User’s Employee Central status and UDF status will take priority over the user’s Employee Profile status.
