3118915 - C4C Phone Calls Not Synched To Outlook Through Server Side Integration

Symptom

You have created a Phone Call in C4C and notice that it is not synching to Outlook through Server Side Integration.

Server-Side Outlook Integration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In C4C, Navigate to Activities workcenter.
  2. Open the Phone Calls view.
  3. Create new Phone Call.
  4. Phone Call is not synced to Outlook.

Cause


This functionality is not yet supported by Server Side Integration. However, It is planned for May 2022.
