You have created a Phone Call in C4C and notice that it is not synching to Outlook through Server Side Integration.

Reproducing the Issue
- In C4C, Navigate to Activities workcenter.
- Open the Phone Calls view.
- Create new Phone Call.
- Phone Call is not synced to Outlook.
This functionality is not yet supported by Server Side Integration. However, It is planned for May 2022.
