Symptom

  • User cannot logon to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant with their S-User ID, and receive the error message "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again."
  • User can only logon to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant by repeatedly using the "Forgot Password" link in the logon page to reset their password.
