After adding the Email Address to the Contact Person of the Business Partner and saving, the Email Address of the Contact Person disappears in SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE2111.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Business Partner Master Data app
- Find and Open the Business Partner ID
- Go to the tab Contacts
- Add an Email Address to a new or existing Contact Person
- Select Save
- Email Address disappears
