User is unable to select dates from calendar in non EC rules.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Log in to instance
2. Go to Compensation Home
3. Select Non-EC Template
4. Plan Setup – Manage Plan Details - Manager Form Eligibility Rules
5. Add new rule – Add Condition which has date type columns
6. Click on details of the rule and select any date from calendar
7. The conditions will disappear and calendar will be still available

This is being investigated as a potential b2111 release issue.
As a workaround we recommend to enter the date manually and not using calendar.
