3114191 - Electronic Payroll for Colombia - Sequence number in file name is reset in each execution.

Symptom

When downloading the XMLs generated in the Electronic Payroll report, the system generates the file name using a sequence number of eight (8) digits . It is used in each file name. However, this field is reset at each execution. According to Anexo Técnico Documento Soporte de Pago de Nómina Electrónica – Versión 1.0, the sequence number should be reset by year.
