A field created in the SDK was then translated through XLIFF in the SDK. This field is, for example, seen on the header of Sales Quotes with the correct translated value. The issue arises when you open the Language Adaptation view where the source field is not appearing as expected. The translation has been successful from PDI - but there seems to an issue in Language adaptions as the field is not showing the correct label under the source column.

Reproducing the Issue
Change any PDI field label from original description ABC to new description XYZ in SDK through XLIFF (ABC stand for the old label, XYX stand for the new label description).
Go to the Administration work centre in C4C.
- Go to the General Settings view.
- Open Language Adaptations.
- Create a new Language Adaptation 123 (123 is the language adaptation name) for the BO your field XYZ is on.
- Collect Texts.
- Search for source text XYZ
- Observe: no value is found for label description XYZ.
In order not to show its own overwrites in the source text column of the Language Adaptation tries to keep the source texts stable (you will not be able to see what the origin of a translation/adaptation was, if this was not the case).
That makes sense for texts delivered by SAP. They typically do not change.
For PDI texts this means that changes do not show up with their new value in the source text column.
You will have to select them, delete them from the Language Adaptation, do a new Collect Texts again, and re-do the translations, overwrites.
