While creating an appointment, the Location field does not determine the account's location within the quick creation screen automatically.
Instead you get the warning message "Please enter a location or it will be defaulted on save."
After you save and open the object, the location field is filled.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Activities work centre
- Go to the Appointments view
- Click New
- Enter any account which has an address maintained that should be pulled into the location field.
- You received the warning message: "Please enter a location or it will be defaulted on save."
Result: the location field stays empty.
- Enter the mandatory fields leaving the location field empty.
- Save and open.
Result: the location field has now been determined from the account's master data in the appointment TI.
This is the current expected system behaviour.
If appointment has MS-Team collaboration maintained in the Business Configuration, then the location field is expected to pull = MS Teams.
We offer the option to enter a manual location to the Location field during the appointment creation for situations where this might not be the one maintained as address in the account.
If left un-touched, the field value will be determined during the save action of the object and will be determined in the TI. The reason for this is a roundtrip to the backend which finds the location from the account.
During object creation, after entering the account, you get the following warning message that informs you of this:
"Please enter a location or it will be defaulted on save.".
We allow for the option of entering a different, manual location.
