Customer is running the Skillsoft connector, but no courses are syncing. Customer was able to import courses in the past in the same system.

Reproducing the Issue
- LMS Admin >
- Configuration >
- Schedule it to run>
- After it completes, check the imported courses>
- Notice that no new courses were imported.
One of the causes maybe due to incorrect values set up in the Connector settings under LMS Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > CONNECTOR.
Please create a ticket with Cloud Support team so we can investigate our logs to assist you in the troubleshooting.
