Reproducing the Issue
Use the Auto Dispatch scheduling method to create automatic scheduling in the system.
System is working as designed
- Auto dispatch feature looks for free slot of the employees of the service team.
- If there is no free slot, appropriate message will be raised, for example, ."..there are no available slot for this time..."
- The above is the expected behavior
- There are presently no Badi (User exits) to suppress the message, which prevents the demain from saving
- To assign demands to same slot, customer has to assign it manually
