3110463 - Changing the posting language of a Job Requisition adds 2 entries to the Audit Trail

Symptom

Changing the posting language on the job requisition form causes two entries in the audit trail showing that the internal and external titles have changed, though no actual changes are made

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - RCM

Reproducing the Issue

  1. As an example, assume a Job Requisition has been posted in en_US, en_GB, fr_FR and de_DE with the current posting Language is de_DE
  2. Audit Trail will note the last entry (in this example, changes to the Internal Job Title [de_DE] and External Job Title [de_DE])
  3. Close the Audit Trail
  4. Change the Posting Language (example: en_GB)
  5. Open the Audit Trail once the Job Requisition has reloaded
  6. Note that 2 new entries can be shown showing the previous languages job title as the 'Old' value and the current language's title as the 'New' value, even though no change has been made to the fields
