Symptom

When trying to access Release Batch Job Log from transaction SM_WORKCENTER, application does not start, generating an error that states:Error "App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded. Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent [...]" is raised when trying to access either of the following tiles in SM_WORKCENTER:

  • Solution Documentation Dashboard
  • Release Batch Job
