Symptom

Queries to the M_CS_NSE_ADVISOR monitoring view are failing with the below error, which can be observed in the indexserver trace of a HANA tenant :
 
   Could not execute 'select * from M_CS_NSE_ADVISOR limit 100' in 887 ms 822 µs .

     failed to acquire index handle in UTStats
   exception  1: no.0  (TrexNet/BufferedIO.cpp:1334) TID: 19287
     Server Connection Info: active channel (since 18155mues) 388316 from xxx.xx.x.xxx:5558 to 30403 with method core/statistics_monitors with id 4852616741510068704 on host <hostname> on port 30403 from process hdbindexserver with service port 30403, pid 88132 and tid 19287 from     parent host <hostname > and parent process hdbindexserver with parent service port 30403, parent pid 35657 and parent tid 86375
