Symptom

Error message "Unable to fetch schedule status logs because of a system error" appears when switching to Data Management in model of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.14.14

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAC tenant.
  2. Open one model having multiple scheduled jobs to import data.
  3. Switch to Data Management.
    => It takes a long time to show all scheduled jobs but failed to show job history under Status with error "Unable to fetch schedule status logs because of a system error".

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by development.
