3099882 - Exceptional aggregation AVG does not work as expected when filtering a dimension to base level members

Symptom

A measure XXX is created with exceptional aggregation AVG by including all dimensions.  The exceptional aggregation does not properly apply  when you input data at node level.

When the value has directly been input at higher node level, same value is treated as Avg, as expected,  and accordingly to the exceptional aggregation setting , the value gets changed at base member level at same proportion.  Average at higher node level is same what you input. So far, no issue.

When you select few of the product ( for example) dimension base members in the page level filter and repeat the same activity of changing value. Story distributes the input value to the filtered members and changes Avg at top node level.
