Performance testing can identify issues that might arise when multiple users access an application or the system gets sudden traffic spikes that can be easily overlooked in a production environment where testing is often performed with individual users, especially during Sales Events. As so any completed performance tests can be submitted to support for review.
To do this submit a support ticket to the component CEC-HCS, and provide the following information as well as any relevant information that is relevant to the test
- Objective of the test
- Environment the test was performed on
- Date of the test
- Start time of the test
- End time of the test
